MKEENEM CONDEMNS ATTACK ON ORBUNDE, WIFE'S ABDUCTION, CALLS ON SECURITY AGENCIES TO ENSURE SAFE RESCUE

Following reports on the attack on Hon. Terwase Orbunde, the abduction of his wife and Housemaid on Friday, the Senior Special Assistant to the Executive Governor of Benue State on Youth Mobilization and Empowerment / State Youth Leader, Hon. Mkeenem Moses, FIMC, CMC has called on Security agencies across the State to take necessary actions to ensure safe and speedy rescue of the abductees

Condemning the callous and reprehensible abduction, the State Youth Leader assures Chief Orbunde's family, friends and other concerned indigenes of the State that the State Security Council led by His Excellency the Executive Governor of Benue State, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia was already working round the clock to ameliorate challenges of insecurity.

Hon. Mkeenem, who used this medium to call on the Youth and other inhabitants of the State to support Security agencies with any available information concerning security issues also warned Benue Youths of their participation in any criminal activities and abductions across the State and in other parts of Nigeria.

He also assured all Benue indigenes of Governor Alia's administration efforts to significantly enhance the security of lives and property in the State irrespective of challenges.
