1. I'm interested in knowing how they apologized to the victims who were stabbed to death.

2. Also, did the victims accept the apology?

3. On a more serious note, if it is true that they already knew the boy was mentally ill and yet did nothing to protect the society by putting him in a psychiatric hospital, then these parents are the ones who should be arrested and prosecuted.

His parents should be held liable...since they know their son is a nutcase they should have found a way to keep him physically restrained!
