Our client is Nigeria’s Leading Fitness and Wellness brand with presence across major *cites of the country.

1. Head of Sales: The head, Corporate sales and Partnership will be accountable for maximizing the Corporate sales and Partnership volume of the company, apart from pushing sales, also take charge of various roles and responsibilities that may include – developing and implementing annual sales, monitoring performance of sales team, taking charge of training and managing corporate sales personnel, providing orientation program and training to the sale team, coordinating with marketing department, developing marketing plans and delivering technical advice.

2. Head of Marketing: Develop the integration and execution of marketing plans in the organization. Also integrate plans and strategies together with relevant stakeholders. (Objectives, tracking execution and success metrics, activity calendars, including Innovation projects and end to end marketing. Co-create on development of market-level innovation projects. Oversee localization and real-time amplification of campaigns within the company, providing input to relevant Operating Unit team. Manage brand activation at the local level, including POSM activations, consumer promotions, experiential marketing, and events (leveraging mkt assets.

3. Corporate Sales & Partnerships Officer: Build a healthy portfolio of partners/affiliates/agencies to drive account acquisition - creating revenue-generating partners. Manage and drive relationships with corporate clientele (existing and potential) in your city/region to enable growth and achieve revenue objectives. Identify and develop new markets in the region to drive the business targets of the region.

4. Head of Human Resources: The Head Human Resources will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, handling employee relations, and creating job descriptions. Assist with HR strategic planning. Support the development of the organizational human resources strategy in compliance with corporate group strategy. Manage the group human resources department structure, positions and process system in compliance to its strategic mandate
Draft, review and amend job descriptions and qualifications required for the staff of the group human resources department.

5. Chief Finance Officer: The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, financial statements, financial reporting, and analysis. The role will also involve overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial decision-making to drive the company's financial growth and success.

6. Head of Internal Control: The Head Internal Control will be charged with the development, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the company’s audit, risk and compliance strategy towards the achievement of overall business objectives. The role will ensure synergy of efforts across the three (3) lines of defense i.e. Management, Risk Management & Compliance and Internal Audit roles in the control, whilst maintaining the independence of the Internal control function.

7. Internal Control Officers : 3 – 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, auditing or Business Management in a rapidly growing business.Experience in writing internal policies and procedures and process evaluation and documentation

8. Projects Manager: As a Project Manager, You are responsible for coordinating efforts of internal and external resources to execute the company’s and its subsidiaries' projects. To ensure all projects are delivered on time, within the assigned budget, to deliver on its objectives and meet the clients’ expectations.

9. Member Experience Officer:
Key Responsibility: Front desk transaction processes and policies are adhered to. Processing of all transactions, that is: selling of subscription

10. Account Receivable Officer :
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

12. Account Payable Officer :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

13. Corporate Performance Lead:
The Corporate Performance Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that improve employee performance, engagement, and retention. The Specialist will work closely with department heads, employees, and leadership to analyze performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and execute innovative solutions to encourage a culture of growth and excellence.

14. Private Trainers Services Manager : Manage and oversee all fitness services in the organisation, including personal training. daily group fitness classes, and general gym floor operations. Recruit. train, and manage a team of fitness trainers and ensure they provide exceptional customer service to all members.

15. Private Trainers Services Coordinators : Support the Private Trainers Services Manager in general gym floor operations.
