2. Seller/Representatives respond with an offer letter.

3. Buyer respond by an acceptance letter.

4. Seller/Representatives respond with an invitation letter for a physical meeting with the seller/Mandate (s) at Abuja.

5. Note: Buyer should be prepared and come with POF before sighting of the Original Documents at the meeting and physical site inspection.

6. Verification/execution of the documents.
