Foolish unseriousness like this should be shunned in our society. It’s looks like a joke to you but serious businesses are made from simple things.

Nigeria spends billion of USD importing Keke Napeps yearly and our people take loans to buy it yet you are making it into a joking matter.
The truth is if it's made in Nigeria you wouldn't be able to sell them any cheaper.
Cost of production here in Nigeria is huge

I thought the use of dollars was prohibited. Or is he posting from U.S.?

Even if funding is from USA, we can see that we are our own problems by advertising the dollars for local work.

When its time to actually pay, it'll be in local currency. No crime committed here.

By Nigeria we mean Lagos. Whatever the findings in Lagos can safely be generalize to the rest of Nigeria.
not true, different states have different policies towards Keke napep, this needs to be taken into consideration in the research.

Different state borrow their policies leaf from Lagos. Lagos was the birth place for keke in Nigeria. I don't see much wide variance.

The way you reason shaa!

It's like saying, because football started in England, every analysis made in England about football can perfectly work in other countries not minding the weather, availability of sponsors and fans behavior etc.

That's a very wrong believe.

No that's like saying if i can drive in Lagos i can drive pretty much drive anywhere in Nigeria and it will still be a rational take giving Lagos multi level of intensity or variant complexity.

Am not negating your point, am just saying generalizing from bottom up may meet complexity at the top as oppose to generalizing from top down meeting simplicity.

We talking time and likely limited availability of funds..
