The Kogi State Commissioner for Information and Communications, Evangelist Kingsley Fanwo has said that former governor of the State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello was not whisked away from his residence at Wuse Zone 4 by governor Ahmed Usman Ododo at the instance of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Wednesday.

Fanwo in an interview disclosed that Ododo is a law abiding governor that would not consider obstructing legal duties of any federal agency or commission.

He explained that the had only visited the residence to see for himself what was happening and did not even meet with Bello.

He challenged the EFCC to provide evidences of how Bello was whisked away by Ododo.
