A won olori buruku. 99% of the members of that so called IPMAN are crooks. If it is an upward price review, price change would be immediate - nobody would talk about old stock.

Re: IPMAN: Reduction In Diesel Price Yet To Reflect Due To Old Stock by Donaldoni: 8:56pm On Apr 20
When prices go up, greedy savage Nigerian sellers hike their prices immediately because they claim they need to restock to same capacity.

But when prices come down, they say the need to sell off their old stock first.

Now their stupidity has been laid bare.

Actually, there is no loss ever in selling old stock at old price. angry

Re: IPMAN: Reduction In Diesel Price Yet To Reflect Due To Old Stock by ubev01(m): 9:12pm On Apr 20
There's is no such thing as old stock (price wise) in buying and selling business, that's because, market price at any moment should be the real cost price of any goods. It doesn't matter if you bought high, the fact that the price you can get the product right now has reduced, your selling price now must also reduce
Re: IPMAN: Reduction In Diesel Price Yet To Reflect Due To Old Stock by TalkingBird: 9:15pm On Apr 20

We understand. It is easier to effect price increase within seconds but if it is decrease you need several months to effect it. One day a corrupt Nigerian should be rich enough to buy off death.
Re: IPMAN: Reduction In Diesel Price Yet To Reflect Due To Old Stock by Successlane: 9:35pm On Apr 20

Re: IPMAN: Reduction In Diesel Price Yet To Reflect Due To Old Stock by Femy4(m): 9:55pm On Apr 20
Can you imagine what this body is saying. When it is an increase in price, they wait for no one to tell them before the price is increased even with the old stock they have. To change now becomes hard for them.
Re: IPMAN: Reduction In Diesel Price Yet To Reflect Due To Old Stock by Dohak(m): 10:02pm On Apr 20

Increments in price of commodities take effect immediately due to little raw materials price increments ..BUT DECREMENTS CRAWL (if happen at all) TO TAKE EFFECT DUE TO PRICE DECREMENTS...

Re: IPMAN: Reduction In Diesel Price Yet To Reflect Due To Old Stock by iukpe: 1:37am On Apr 21
Due to greed. When depot prices go up old stock is sold at new higher price, when depot prices drop old stock continues to sell at high price. Who will tell us when the old stock is exhausted?
