That's impressive... Genuine stats are very important in security and economic matters.
More needs to be done and it's gratifying that according to Nuhu Ribadu in an earlier speech in April 2024, 3 of the most wanted Northern bandit leaders (who I found out are of Fulah origin) were liquidated by the combined Military forces.

There must be NO sacred cows in the quest to end the insecurities that have led commercial and subsistence farmers to abandon huge tracts of fertile agricultural lands across Nigeria to avoid being kidnapped and/or killed.
