INTRODUCTION
My name is Oladotun Akinsiku and I am the CEO of DOT-SOLAK FARM ENTERPRISES.
We are located in ondo town, ondo state and majorly into tomato and cucumber production.
We started of on Jan 1, 2021 and registered our business on May 25, 2021.
We started with 2 plot of land and we have expanded to about 6 acres of land

NATURE OF BUSINESS

We presently run our tomato and cucumber intermittently. Our cucumber section have a capacity of about 20000 stands which is divided into 3 different sections making us have a continuous supply of cucumber to our ever demanding customers.
The tomato section have a capacity of 27000 stands which is as divided into 3 sections also.
We have only used up about 3 acres of the land

We at DOT-SOLAK FARM ENTERPRISES is seeking for ANGEL INVESTOR OR VENTURE CAPITALIST to secure a loan so as to cultivate the remaining portion of the farmland.
The loan would be 50% interest and it would be offset within 10months with 2 month monetarium.
The loan would be legally binded with a collateral from us.
We are giving you a 99.9% assurance that their won't be any default as we make sales weekly presently at our farm and this will make our repayment plan stress free

REASON FOR ACCESSING LOAN.
As a result of the increment in prices of most agricultural input, our budget has been over stretched.
Most prices of agric input we budgeted for this year have doubled and tripled, so it is delaying our expansion plan

HOW WOULD THE LOAN BE EXPENDED

The loan would be used mainly to purchase agricultural inputs like

Cucumber seed 10 sachets. 160000
Tomato seeds 20 sachets. 300000
Fungicide magic box. 150000
Insectide. 30000
Calcium. 50000
Fertilizer 4 bags. 210000
Clearing and others. 100000

TOTAL. 1000000

REPAYMENT PLAN

The total amount that would be needed to kick start our expansion is 1,000,000 naira.
With the 50% proposed interest, we would be repaying 1,500,000 naira which would be paid for 10 month after a 2 month monetarium.

OUR STRENGTH

We have been in existence for about 40 months and we keep expanding to meet the unending demands of our customers.

We presently have about 4000 stands of cucumber that would be ready for harvesting on Wednesday and about 6000 newly planted cucumbers

Our farm is fully irrigated and semi mechanised and this have added our workers to perform effectively. We have engines like
1. Mechanised sprayer.
2. Chain saw
3. Earth auger.
4. Bush cutter
5. Weeder

I have been an active member in agricultural section on this forum which my profile reveals it.
My first account (aquadude15) which was hacked shows most of my activity on the agric section.
I intend using my car as a collateral whereby the original and custom documents would be given to the AI/VC.

All of our machines were acquired from the revenue generated from our farm

Good afternoon sir.

We harvest twice weekly (Wednesday and Saturday).
I wasn't chanced to take a picture after harvest last Saturday, but the total bag was just 5 bags of already booked cucumber

Our source of water is borehole and a stream that flows on the boundary of my farm.

I dug a pond to save water for my daily usage

We currently have 2 set of cucumber.

Clearing of the next section for cucumber is ongoing..
We plant every month for a all year round supply of cucumber

This are debris of cucumber plant from the section we are clearing.
We dispose it far away from the farm to avoid it transmitting diseases to younger seedlings or plant

I use a lot of manure on my at the younger stage of my plant to help boost the growth and a BETTER immunity against disease.
I gather about 1500bags of manure early every year because they are ABIT dry during this period and this serves me all through the year.

One of my worker captured this giant snail yesterday (Saturday) while clearing the debris of my aged cucumber plant.
I bought it from to do weekend jollification

Last week heat wave was so high, veggy farmers are not having it funny this period. Thank God for the rain yesterday.
We harvested only 4bags yesterday but anticipating a bumper on on Friday. A bag is sold for 15000 for now due to low production
