Part of the reason Fubara redeploy the state Attorney General is because he is Wike loyalist and the state government can't go to court and be represented by someone who is part of those that brought the LGA bill... You will see the RVSG going to court in the next few weeks to challenge the useless law by Wike vagabonds...
By redeploying and the voluntary resignation of the state AG the road is clear for Fubara to appoint someone from his camp into that position and you will see many court cases initiated against the house.

He has already gone to court, the High Court cannot stop the State House of Assembly from carrying out their constitutional duties of making laws for the people of Rivers State.
