**Position:** Graphics Designer

**Responsibilities:**
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content for print and digital platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and initiatives to engage and attract customers.
- Design social media posts, banners, and ads that effectively communicate key messages and promote travel destinations, packages, and special offers.
- Stay updated on design trends, social media algorithms, and industry best practices to optimize content performance and engagement.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
- Track and analyze metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a graphics designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative designs and projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and social media management tools.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate brand identity into compelling visual assets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
- Experience in the travel industry or related field is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field (preferred).
