SENATOR IFEANYI UBAH FACILITATES EMOTIONAL REUNION AS NNAMDI KANU’S WIFE VISITS HER HUSBAND IN DSS DETENTION FACILITY

Mrs Uchechi Okwu Kanu Appreciates Senator Ifeanyi Ubah In A Multimedia Broadcast

The wife of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mrs Uchechi Okwu Kanu has appreciated the Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District, Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, CON, and other well-meaning Nigerians for working round the clock to ensure that her recent visit to her husband at the detention facility of the Department of State Security (DSS) in Abuja on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, was successful.

Speaking in a short multimedia broadcast, Mrs Uchechi Okwu Kanu who also visited Senator Ubah at his Abuja residence in the company of Mazi Kanu's lawyers, thanked the Anambra South Senatorial District Senator for his unwavering support and urged other Igbo elites to join hands in proffering political solution to the case between her husband and Nigerian government.

Responding during the visit, Senator Ubah who has been a strong advocate of justice in the matter, assured Mrs Kanu of his commitment to the cause of peace and justice. Senator Ubah who also visited the detained IPOB leader in detention further stressed the need for dialogue and peaceful resolution of the current challenges facing the country and urged all to remain law abiding while parties involved continue to seek a political solution to the incarceration and insecurity in the South East region.
