All these people writing resignation letters, did they write an application to join PDP or were they given employment letters by PDP.
Funny people, they should ask those people that resigned in Delta how are they feeling now.

Shuaibu’s people are dropping off.
Can Obaseki rise to the occasion, even with state resources in his pocket?

Same way they resigned when Obaseki was recontesting for 2nd term, and he still won convincingly .

That was the time Edo people supported Obaseki against godfatherism. Now Obaseki is the most hated person in Edo State.

True but obaseki was seeking re-election,pdp was together and some elements in APC were backing him unlike now

Even the cabal in presidency backed Obaseki then, cos Oshimole was seen as a staunch Tinubu man.

btw doesn't mean between. It means BY THE WAY. Thank you.

Btw, those decamping now will return before long. These cross carpetings only tell us that the foundation of the political parties were not based on firm principles and true political ideologies. Anybody can stroll in at anytime when it seem the prospects are good.

They probably see that obaseki doesn't have good standing with the people and might be difficult for his candidate to win so they are moving early to where, by their permutations, is 'greener pasture'

Obaseki is a nobody in Edo. The reason why he won his reelection was because, Edo people were fighting against Oshiomole and godfatherism. But in the last election, both Presidency and other elections. Obaseki lost in his own pulling unit.

He also lost in Government house pooling unit too

Don't mind him,for most of these governors have nothing to showcase because they don't want to be Accountable for the huge and Homongous NBILLIONS Money they were given but want everyone to keep shut, while their States are in a pitiable Conditions!
So they want an imposed Candidate to cover their attrocities, yet they refused to call themselves a god father!
What an irony in Nigeria Political Arena!

...the leadership of PDP has killed the party because of their lack of disciplinary measures on members who play anti-party. The likes of Wike for example. Dead party already.

The gale of resignations/defection from PDP to APC was worse than this prior to the last guber. election in 2020 yet Obaseki of PDP won the election. So Sen. Monday shouldn't celebrate yet.
