Its prickly heat that is finishing me oo my people it started some time last year and this year it multiplied in intensity. Even in the morning, if any thing triggers small heat like the eating of hot breakfast, na wahala. If I go into the sun, trouble with rashes. If I'm sleeping on my bed by laying on my back, if my back sweat a little, na wahala.
Itching and pinching sensation.

I have bought a dusting powered, I used some local soap etc. I bath with hot water, no way

Please what are the remedies available

Find your way to a HOSPITAL.

Medical consultation is EXTREMELY cheap in Nigeria. Especially in government-owned hospitals.

No one can know what's wrong with you from just the symptoms you described. There are tests to run.

Plus even if someone knows EXACTLY what is wrong with you because they had a similar experience, drugs that worked for them may NOT work for you.

Best thing you can do is find some time and money to visit a hospital.

actually I don't use any. I may use a lotion for about two weeks within the dry season and that's it for the year

try using body lotion everyday.... it may solve your problem within a week.

Ventilation is the only solution.
