Yujin:
SIX FACTS THAT PROVE THAT NIGERIA ISN'T AN INDEPENDENT COUNTRY
1. The current Nigerian constitution isn't a product of the representatives of the Nigerian people. It was a document cobbled up by the military head of state who took over after the death of General Abacha. It was Abdulsalami Abubakar who produced the 1999 constitution Nigeria is using. It wasn't subjected the acceptance or contribution of the people that are forced to abide by it.
2. Nigeria presidential candidates still visit 10 Downing Street, for acceptance and host debates in London to showcase their capabilities and loyalty to the British before the presidential elections. No other country in Africa or in the world does so today.
3. Nigerian politicians are easily invited to either the US or England to hold meetings with government representatives over their to secure the interests of those countries against the original interest of the people they are meant to represent. Northern governors have been visiting these countries for som years now.
4. The Nigerian army claims to be celebrating about 150 years of being in existence. How old is Nigeria herself? This tells you the Nigerian army isn't really for Nigerians. They are a colonial relic and have continued to operate for the vision of the colonialist. Their modus operandi remains the same which involves the burning down of communities and raping of women within Nigeria. They're always ready to offer protecting to foreigners than the indigenous people within the territory of Nigeria.
5. All the traditional rulers/leaders of Nigeria still feel subservient to the British crown and willingly accept that position especially when they're placed near to the British monarch. The same cannot be said of the foremost Ghanaian king of the Asante people who carries himself with all the dignity that he commands. He is thus treated as an equal and accorded the necessary respect. The same can be said of the South African king of the Zulu people who can never feel subservient to the British crown despite the humiliation of aparthied. You can check the internet for pictures of these kings with the British monarch.
6. Most people in Nigeria still refer to the British as "colonial masters" instead of colonialists. They still refer the Frederick Lugard as "Lord Lugard" despite the harm he did to us.

This last episode (Harry and Meghan informal visit) shows how the colonial mentality is still rife in Nigeria. See how they ceremoniously welcomed them as though they came on an official visit. It's a big shame.

If you disagree with these points, you can disprove them with your own points and provide proofs to that effect.

at least no be u send the people wey do the ceremony
