A man Who refused to Pay Student Bursary for Eight years.
A man Who refused to Pay School fees of Rivers Indigenes who were on scholarship for Abroad calling them APC people and concluding they went to study history in England.
A man who refused to pay national minimum wage to local government workers. he only paid 18k instead of 30k. in RIVERS STATE.

Because Wike wants to take a cue from Tinubu and become the Jagaban of Rivers State. The problem is he did not ask Tinubu for lessons on how to control governors and politicians who refuse to fall in line. He thinks everything is gra gra. Also he did not put into consideration that Rivers State is a multi tribal state unlike Lagos State that is wholly Yoruba.
