Engaging in the unethical practice of hiring someone to pour water into a hole, recording the act, and then falsely accusing the government of incompetence in delivering substandard projects. Such deceptive tactics to gain social media attention are harmful and misleading.

Is there no truck that can supply the water to the fountain in whole Anambra?

I think then, that they have their priorities wrong.
First work on trucks, diesel and other important equipment.
Water fountain is the last thing on the list.
It's not by force to have water fountain before a place is fine.

Some areas are higher than others. So their boreholes will be deeper than other areas.
Dig boreholes to the water table, put pipes and water works and supply your town.
This is the work of government.

These Igbo govs vacation abroad and see that private water boreholes system is not used for public water supply. These Igbo governors watch their subjects consume untreated water from private boreholes, while the govs waste public funds on vainglory projects, including flyovers.
