In short, no. You need a debit or credit card. If it's possible, it would be from one of the "black market" Android sites, but not possible from the official Android Market. |

You don't need paypal like in Blackberry store to shop on Android. All you need is a debit or credit card. These days even your standard ATM card can be used (VISA or MASTER CARD). Find out from your banker if the card supports it. Once you put in your card details and its verified, each time you shop, cash is deducted from the card. Its just like shopping online. |
