A1 in Maths and Eng will boost your aggregate. You stand a high chance of bein admitted if you score very high in JAMB. If I were you, OAU would be my first choice while UI second. My reason bein dat, OAU hardly recognizes 2nd choice.

No chance,do not bother to choose economics in UI.Your ssce scores is too low for economic even if you score 400 in utme.U are adviced to choose another course or another uni.
