Get it clear guys... UI is not like other uni dat admits quantity instead of quality. Fine statistics shows that only 2,354 students scored above 50% and in real sense UI doesn't admit more than 2,700 (not actual figure) per academic year. All thinz being equal the 2,354 are in but where the probs lies is the departmental population. Medicine and Law for example having more qualified candidates wud spill part of the qualified students to other dept so as to avoid congestion. Only the best wud be retained in such depts and the rest to lesser populated dept like Botany and co but am not saying u wud be given Botany ooo... This is where departmental carrying capacity comes in. In a nutshell once u score above 50% start packing ur bags and ur journey begins @ the Premier University

U guys 've a problem right and u kept the truth unsaid just because u are only being opstimistic. But mind u, UI is not like other unis. U can never compare last year's admission with dis year's cos things change. Who have ever imagined dat U.I wil invyt 1st and 2nd choice 2geda in contrast 2 last year's. Who ever thought that they wil use 50:50 4 invitation in contrast to 60:40 4 previous years. Things change and i hope and pray dat d senate reduces d cutoff 4 dis year's admission. Remain Blessed

dat list is d 2nd and final batch of last yr admission. I cn rmemba d first batch consist of 39 cand in medicine last yr suming it to 120.

Thats a lie.This is not invitation of candidates,this is the final exam.no consideration of utme,elds etc.Don't give any body false hope.what I'll advice for those below 50 is that don't be optimistic,but stay tuned on the process.

4rm ui website 7,287 candidates were invited 163 were absent. Total of 7,073 were examined. Out of which 34.4% passed. If u calculate it means abt 2433 pasd d examination.

Wow wow wow. Finally the judgment is here. The postume result has been announced, now we know d people that did their JAMB by themselves and those who cheated, now we know the people that visited the school 4 for friendship nd excursion,now I see that most of the people that had high mark in JAMB could not even score 50 in the pume take nursing 4 example they had d highest cut of 4. D postJAMB invitation but had d lowest score so u see now. People that had d highest mark in JAMB didn't pass well it was d people dat had low marks in jamb but had average in their WAEC even beat dose wit high mark in JAMB. My bro nd sis d truth is bitter but we av 2 tell ourself.
