Don't they have Police at the courts? I'm sure if the accused were to try to get away th3y would be shot .... dead. Here you had DSS men with nothing to identify themselves invading a courtroom .... why weren't they arrested or shot if they resisted? Were they really DSS? .... or supporters of the accused who came to free them? We shouldn't be surprised to hear the DSS declare they were not their agents. Cowards everywhere. 2 Likes |

Mrkamparry:I don't think there's any law to prevent the arrest of suspects inside the court premises. There are times that immediate arrest is ordered by court Judges so why contradict yourself by saying arrest cannot be effected inside court premises. For as long as it is a lawful arrest and the suspects are not resisting arrest that's not taking place inside the courtroom, the DSS or security agencies officers can arrest without any physical restraint against the suspects. They had the courtesy of introducing themselves to the Judge and informing him of their mission, instead of assisting them to persuade the suspect to cooperate, he is ordering DSS to wait for ever outside court to arrest such high security case suspects. This is scandal. When the executive who suppose to protect the law are the ones breaking the law. How are we going to come out this. Very unfortunate. |

Outrage as usual...but nothing else will come of it. Audio outrage...online outrage. Judges have lost their value in the sight of law enforcement...just as judiciary and legislative have for executive. |

Nigerian Judges must be very foolish to seek to be respected after all the judgements they've been selling up and down, these past few years. They deserve whatever they get. Nice one DSS. Let's all be living the Nigerian dream "hustle, pray, and hope notnto die young"! 1 Like |

Ever since EFCC display that movie scene on Emefiele is when I have given up on them. A body that was established to fight crime are now deep into the crime. It is a big shame. EFCC can even come into a mosque or Church to arrest the pastor or imam without anything happening. It's so unfortunate that they are all daft and does not understand law. Only in Nigeria you will see this. |

Angelfrost: I am not pro Buhari but your love towards Yoruba and extended to this super failure called Tinubu is too biased. Did you attribute DSS misbehaviour during Buhari era to GEJ? The tribe that claimed to be sophisticated, civilized, social and educated more than others are now in power messing around with everything. Economy: zero Education: zero Security: zero Now judiciary: zero Is Buhari not a saint or economic expert as compared to this recent bulablunomics? 1 Like |

nlfpmod: What APC introduced. It began with Buhari flouting court orders on El Zakzaky, as well as Dasuki. Buhari turned DSS into a witch hunting tool. Tinubu is doing same. |
