Lagos State government has to list out the permits necessary for building and WHICH OFFICES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM

There are a lot of scammers in that their office, who walk around asking for several permits from builders, collecting bribes and allowing them cut corners... They need to start punishing people in that building office

Why settle in Lagos..what happened to settling down elsewhere? There are 35 other states in the federation. You are at liberty to move to any of them.

Though I agree that things are very hard in the country at the moment but the planning and renovation permit is done almost every where in the world.
Like in UK and some EU countries..if you want to change your roof, window, external doors 🚪..even sometimes they as for existing and proposed architectural drawings, just for changing the type of building components. But you can do renovation inside the house without necessarily getting a permit.
