Incidents like this happen in hopeless and useless Nigeria because NOT only do foreigners know that the government does not care about its citizens, they know that Nigeria is rife with corruption and can do any damn thing and get away with it. Otherwise, tell me how can your government shield a Chinese man or any other foreigner who commits such a heinous crime?
