When a senator talks about grazing routes in the 21st century, how else on earth can you define lethal developmentophobia?

Cattle is no longer bred through herdsmen moving cattle from one route or bush to the other.
Grazing route is merely a ploy by backward Fulani to introduce their brand of hawkish Islam into all nooks and crannies of Nigeria.

Divide Nigeria now into more manageable countries because Fulani has literally created the boundary for its Arewa Islamic Republic through adoption of unconstitutional Islamic sharia criminal justice system.

Must fulanis collect middle bet and south before their mind go come down.Cow business is a personal business,why are the government so interested in the cow business.Other investors are buying land, renting land and shop for their business,but cow owners want nigeria to give them free land,free grasss,free water etc.Make this madness better end for paper.

Imagine the audacity of a Senator asking for grazing route for cows only. Why not include hen, goat, cat, dog and the rest. Why is it so difficult for these people to buy a land and do their business in peace? Must cows wander around cities and farms?

Is the proposed grazing route even constitutional? I had thought that the land use act and the 1999 constitution gives the ownerships of all land except a few km to the sea to the state governments. The state governments then lease the lands for a period of time, usually 99 years. So who will claim ownership of this grazing route? The federal government or the herdsmen?
Nothing stops the northern governors from allocating a grazing route in their respective states, but can a law be imposed on governors to surrender lands for a proposed gracing route?

what's the meaning of grazing routes please?,where are the routes going to terminate?,the idea looks very suspicious without much sense, rather grazing reserves should be established,first the states with fulani indigenous ethnic group ( kwara,Niger, sokoto,kebbi,zamfara,Katsina,jigawa, Kano,Kaduna,gombe,Bauchi, plateau, nasarawa,Adamawa n taraba) should be granted loans by the federal government to establish grazing reserves for the herdsmen who can not built private ranches to register n use for a yearly fee, this would generate huge revenue, ensure peace,provide employment opportunities n make provision of security easier, I'm sure as the success n benefits of the scheme manifest other states would voluntarily key into it,cows must not be reared in every community in Nigeria before it can be consumed,it is completely senseless n disgraceful that human lives are continually being wasted because of cows.

Grazing route can work in the north or south west but don't come near South East or you loose Yaa cattles
