NLC, TUC Lower Minimum Wage Request To N500K by Damilareshakur(m): 11:22pm On May 22
The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) have reduced their demand for the national minimum wage. Initially, they asked for N615,000 per month but have now brought it down to N500,000.

This change shows their willingness to negotiate with the government to improve the lives of Nigerian workers. The unions believe that the new amount, N500,000, is fair considering the rising cost of living in Nigeria.

The NLC and TUC are hoping that the government will respond positively to this new request, aiming for a swift agreement that benefits workers across the country.

In the same vein, landlords peg two bedroom flats at a minimum price of 15million per annum, to come into effect after the implementation of the 500k minimum wage. Shalom!😀
