The British are using style to drag him with us because he was born, raised in UK and once won the U-20 world cup for England

Almoron aka Almiron the slowpoke, I m not here to fight over Pessi but to say, fûck you to all those tabloids that were using style to deny Lookman his accolades. The guy did well last night. Rumours have it that he's now on radar of Barca. Na true?

Lookman was Nigeria's best player at the AFCON.
He was humble, hungry and efficient. While Osimhen was getting all the unnecessary attention, Lookman was spearheading the attacks.
Hopefully he will have a good start next season and bring a well-deserved CAF player of the year at the next awards.
You've said it all...an embodiment of humility

without Osimehn's attention, lookman won't be free

Even in that final, he was free on the left cos the opponent didn't expect much from him

Osimhen exploits are still being celebrated.

So how do u expect this one to just fade away like that?

U think it's the food u ingested yesterday? That would have digested and turned to poo?

I beg to disagree that Osimeh was getting unnecessary attention. The midfielders were not feeding Osimeh, that's the point. Anyone who understands football assess a striker by how many chances he had. Osimeh was coming back to struggle for ball and by the time he wins the ball ,the pace will not be there for him. The super eagles handler need to look for a player like the wonderful midfield maestro like Late Mudashiru Lawal or good ball passers like Sunday Oliseh. The last team in AFCON didn't go with a player who can look up and throw good long passes to that young man. He would have been the highest goal scorer if had passes.

We desperately need players like Oliseh and Okocha in that team.

You are wrong. At a point, Osimhen had to start feeding balls to others. The reason it seems like Osi wasn't efficient is because of the lack of effective midfielder and wingers.

Their job was to feed these guys but that didn't happen. Don't forget the ball Osimhen passed to Lookman to score. Yes, that was because he was playing the role he wasn't meant to play. There was a ball Osimhen was supposed to score with a bicycle kick but guess what? Bassey a defender was there to score... what was Bassey doing there?

Osimhen is a striker... and the natural thing to do is feed your striker... Back at his club, his teammates on midfield and wingers know their duty and carry it out effectively and that is why Osimhen performs well by scoring when he goes back to the club.

Call out the failed midfielders and wingers at the AFCON and leave Osimhen alone.

Shorrop there - you think Lookman is your typical Nigerian player born in Nigeria who cannot control his emotions or allow things get to his head ? Dude, Ademola was born in Britain and he stayed there all his life and he is a British man in Black skin who is emotionally intelligent so stop the hate - He is not overhyped - he deserves all the accolades - Argentines worship Messi, the English idolize Harry Kane, THIS IS OUR OWN LOOKMAN - We will praise him no ending - and if it makes you feel like a loser in life - so be it -- yeye fawo grin grin grin grin grin
