Seyi Vibez Scammed While Trying To Join Wizkid’s Label by Damilareshakur(m): 8:08am On May 24
Popular Nigerian singer Seyi Vibez recently shared a story of how he got scammed while trying to join Wizkid’s record label, Starboy Entertainment.

When he was 13, Vibez wanted to join the label, so he searched online for how to register. He found a phone number and called it. The person who answered claimed to be a recruitment officer for Wizkid and asked Vibez to pay N10,000 for a registration form.

Desperate to join, Vibez sold his phone and paid the fee. But after he sent the money, the scammer blocked him. The scammer had promised that Vibez would perform in front of Wizkid, but it was all a lie.

In an interview with Wazobia FM, Vibez advised new artists to be careful and not to sign up for record labels online.
