If I were SLS, I would never accept the reinstatement without the approval of the Ganduje faction. What is the point in being sent packing in about 3 years if APC gets back into power?
He is above being a pawn in the hands of politicians for God's sake. This is not good for him at all and I see desperation on his side too. If the politicians need a pawn, they should go elsewhere but shouldn't be him.
The NNPP Gov. Is not reinstating him for altruism and the simple test to verify it is to demand if he has gotten the agreement of his opponents so that there will be no problem afterwards.

It's unfortunate that as at now, in the face of the law Emir Ado Bayero is the Emir of Kano until the court say otherwise.

Instead of unsettling the general public, it wud have been more convenient for the Gov to just scrap that emirate and move on with democracy alone. Even Kwakwansiya boys don confuse finish, because they don’t understand if they’re coming or going again!

The entire drama is absolutely unnecessary and a big disgrace to the throne. The royal family of Kano and other Kano nobles really need to come together to save the throne from desperate politicians who don’t care about protecting the sanctity, tradition, culture and dignity of the Kano monarchy.

The Ado Bayeros and the Sanusi’s should sit down together as one family and save their common heritage from being destroyed by politicians of less noble and peasant backgrounds.

Sanusi is a Bayero himself (paternal line all through and took on the first name of his grandfather as surname..He is great grandson of Emir Abdullahi Bayero. While the deposed Emir is the grandson of Emir Abdullahi Bayero. Politicians are just using them to play pingpong.
