3. Tuition fees are non-refundable once courses have begun. Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the university.

4. Plagiarism and cheating will not be tolerated. Any student found to be engaging in academic dishonesty will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from the university.

5. The First African Distance Learning University ( FADLU) reserves the right to make changes to course offerings, schedules, and fees without prior notice. Students will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

6. Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and internet access to participate in our online courses. The university is not responsible for any technical issues that may arise.

7. By enrolling in courses, students grant the Online University permission to use their likeness, name, and work for promotional purposes.
