Help, How Do I Make Drastic Changes When I'm Too Old To Learn New Tricks by Lexzeey(op): 1:44pm On May 29, 2024
All my life I have been fortunate enough to eat what I want to my fill, so when people talk of hunger I really couldn't relate, like how can someone be so hungry he turned to crime just to eat, I honestly couldn't relate, and before now I was earning averagely, so I was just managing life comfortably, until this new govt of tinubu, I started feeling actual hardship, the money i usually use monthly was often enough until recently I can't even get through two weeks with it anymore, and since I didn't cultivate a habit of being frugal and stingy before now I'm now having a hard time keeping up, things run out before I know, and I need more money to survive now, the change is too much, how do I adjust quickly before I go bankrupt, I tried to eat less and deprive myself of basic things I used to enjoy but I'm not even seeing any difference, like it's not making any difference no matter what I do, and I'm punishing myself without seeing results, how do I cut back on living expenses.

The simple solution to your challenge is to come up with a weekly budget then look into getting involved towards having multiple streams income.
More so if you are open to Financial Literacy or Money Management mentorship then drop your digits an ill link you to a session for a token fee as low as $5 for a premium session.

Wittyness.

PRAY ALWAYS THAT YOU DO NOT FALL INTO TEMPTATION AND THAT BOKOHARAM DON'T COME BACK TO NIGERIA TO KIDNAP YOU AT YOUR OLD AGE.

You cannot make drastic changes, you’ll always fall back to default behaviour. Make your changes slow and steady, you’ll stick to them in the long run. Eat a meal in the morning, snack in the afternoon and eat at night. With time, you’ll be able to skip the snack and run on only two meals. If you brute-force 1 - 0 - 1, you’ll run back to your old eating schedule.
