Vacancy for a post of legal officer in a Reputable Financial Institution

     Must have 2-3 years Experience
      A Female
      Reside in Lagos
Must be able to:
    Facilitate the smooth operation of the company’s formal decision making and organizing board and board committees meetings.
    Maintains statutory books of the Bank
    Files information with the Corporate Affairs Commission
    Ensures compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
    Assist in the implementation of corporate strategies
    Provide essential practical support to the chairman and other directors
    Assist in the compilation of board papers
    Ensures that the Bank complies with its Memorandum and Articles of Association, drafting and incorporating amendments in accordance with
correct procedures
    And other legal duties
