Due to global warming, there is rise in sea level which is adversely affecting our coastal communities. Some  coastal communities will soon cease to exist due to the rise in sea level and coastal erosion. My question is, how do we manage these coastal communities in order to mitigate the effects of this menace?  I am talking about proactive steps we can take as a country to cushion the effects of these environmental hazards and not just  handling of emergencies.
