I had poly fibriod which was treated bt two day later i noticed water was coming out of my breast and i reported back 2 my doc and i was asked 2 take either duofem or stibreastol bt have taken d two because duofem didn't work nw my menses is scanty and my doc said am having homone imbalance. Poster you seem not to be telling the whole truth.
Lactation after surgery for fibroids is very uncommon and possibly unheard of.
Galactorrhoea would more likely occur after an abortion.
The dr gave you stilbestrol which is an old, dangerous and outdated steroid,restricted to use in animals only. However, its a cheap way of stopping a post abortion lactation.
You seem not to have discussed this 'poly fibroid surgery with your husband before having it done.
Could it be that it was actually an abortion you had?
Or perhaps you were unknowingly pregnant and the dr diidnt do a pregnancy test before the myomectomy ?
If so the pregnancy was removed along with the fibroids.
Please fill in the gaps.

Al i notice was dat my flow was coming more than normal and the pain was unbearable for me, my last flow came on the sixteen and lasted for 4day and only 2 come back on the 25th of same month and lastf til 4th bt dis time the blood was very thing and wth pain, den d stuff dat came out was wht d doc cal poly fibroid and iu was after den dat my nightmare started and it 2month nw

'Poly fibroid' is not a medical diagnosis. Is your dr a gynaecologist or what is his specialty ?
Why not see a consultant who can diagnose your real problem. I can't really make out much from your complaint above except that you need specialist help.

can u beat this that my mun who has an eye problem went to the Lagos State General Hospital for treatment, only to be told to part with 5,000 naira so that a doctor will attend to her and when she refuse and waited for her turn, which was done after much waiting only to be told to come back in October next year without no drug or check up.

So she has no option than to approach the man that ask for 5k and pleaded with him to take 2k which he collected and she was ask to call a particular number so that she will be given an appointment for this year.

what is our society turning into, is it that the governor doesn't know abt what is happening in that place or what. A lot of soul is gone all because of they don't have money to part
