What happens to pay as you go rates now?

Still same price in most payments platform. All this they are saying is just Audio besides I have removed dstv sub from my budget since Jan. I will rather chop and belleful with that money or give it out to the needy than waste it on subscription.

DSTV shot itself the moment they plan to totally dominate the paytv only in vertical innovation and not also consider horizontal competition innovation. Their best bet for horizontal competition innovation would have been to introduce home Internet package with their paytv service, thus when people are not watching dstv stations, they would be using their Internet service to watch Netflix, Youtube and the likes.

Multichoice had the guts to increase their prices for a service that users don't pay for only when they use it because Nigeria is a country where anything goes and they don't have serious competitors.

Na wha for the way una dey reason sha! Did skysport give Multichoice a discount for the license used in airing EPL in Nigeria because of electricity issue. How can this kind of business survive on a pay as you go basis?

These two Organisations - DStv and GO-Tv have been cheating Nigerians,just like the MTN.
Imagine when our Lawmakers said they should begin the implementation of Pay As You Go - but they bluntly refused till date.
Yesterday,I bought N1,200.mtn - data,to load and from time and without information to the Customers,they should credit the data, and added others things, including Borrowing into the Menu,but why?
Did I ask for my account to be debited?
As I'm writing now,my account in Pause is in Debit- which I did not ask MTN to do.
Unfortunately,our Senators and House of Reps, especially those not performing their Oversight Functions are 🤐 mute ,on matters of National Importance.
If these Organisations can't work within the perimeter of Nigeria-Laws,they can go back to their Country!

Startime have joined the madness too. A subscription I did on the first of this month have been marginally increased within a space of 10 days. Imagine I did 3800 naira smart dht sub later to receive message from them on the 9th that sub is now 4200 naira. What could be the reason for the increase. I am using one eye dey reason my mx9 android tv box. It's like all cable TV will be abandoned
