i beg to refer, even the notable military personnel like the army, navy, and the air force categorizes them as the same how much more your nascent agency. you see. why are you categorizing the HND in the cadre of School Cert holder. sir, this is not in our constitution. and it is not justifiable any where in the world. it weigh down the morale of this polytechnic graduate. that are up to the task reach the peak in this this career.
this is a clarion call. to the national assembly, to intervene before. this unreasonable clause create damage to the service.
