CSS Layouts

Am converting an existing application of mine from table layout to CSS layout. I must admint, the CSS layout makes it a little bit better (probably a lot better) but the conversion is not easy. seen so many convert table to css topics on the net but still need a definitive article on CSS 2. please don't point me to w3

So basically, your topic is not about CSS Layouts. It's about a definitive guide to CSS 2. Right?

Actually CSS2 introduced positioning which is the basis for using css as a layout tech. Looking for an article that explains css2 with emphasis on using it as a layout tool

why not w3? they issue the css standards and specs don't they? In fact their document is detail on css2.

Hello africanboy, I dont understand what you main by definitive guide to CSS 2. Sorry that am pointing you to W3C but I think you can get what you want here:
