I fear for Liverpool. I think they're trying to create a classical British team that will be admired by neo conservatives in northern England. It's capitalism. It's about market and money. There are people who love teams for different reasons. Not everybody in France was happy when france won the world cup. Some were more interested in the fact that many of the players didn't look like French people. Lol.

Same with the premiership. There's a reason Chelsea and arsenal have many enemies.
