I'm using a tecno camon 12 phone. There was this time I plugged it to charge, and a call came in, in the process of picking the phone from where I kept it, it slipped and fell then went off.

It refused to come on when I tried turning it on so I checked the battery and realized that the battery clip got disconnected as a result of the fall, so I clipped it back and tried turning the phone on and it turned on.

Since after this, I've been having battery issue, it doesn't last, once it gets to 50% before you can count 1-15, it will run down.

I took it for repairs and was advised to change the battery.

I've changed the battery which happens to be the follow come because I bought the phone when it came out newly and have not changed the battery until this problem started but am still having the same issue.

Please, Anyone experienced similar problem? Any solution?
