Good afternoon house.
I’ll try to make this as brief as I can.
Earlier this year, I lost my job and got depressed. Got tired of staying inside the house so I mixed with people around me at least to keep up but I got introduced to substance use, (colos)
It was so relaxing I got used to it and spent every penny I had on it. I don’t get to think or feel depress anymore. Did it for months till a day I discovered that I was getting too deep in it coupled with the fact that I’m jobless and spends time doing it.
At some point, I discovered I was having malaria symptoms and was using herbs and kept on smoking to keep me on till a day I smoke and felt so high and decided to stop.
Days after I started feeling dizzy and I thought it was anaemia cause we had bed bugs too in the room, did all we could but it won’t go away. So I took blood tonic and medications for malaria and typhoid. One day I used the medications after eating, it felt like my head was going to burst, just as if I’ve taken a very harsh strain of the drug and my heart beat was going at a high rate. I contacted my friend who happens to be a nurse and she told me it me it might be cerebral malaria which I used artesunate and chloramphenicol for but the feeling still didn’t go away. It feels like psychosis.
I checked my BP and discovered it was high.
I have been managing myself like that since but the feeling is so bad I feel so terrible. I don’t know what else to do. Would have gone to the hospital for check up but I don’t have money. I had to borrow my friends phone to come online to type this maybe I can get to meet someone who understands my situation and can tell me what to do
I feel this dizziness in my head, sometimes it swells up like I’ve smoked much, my heart beats fast and I feel drowsy. These feelings doesn’t come all the time but it does come everyday and I’m tired of it. Sometimes I feel like whenever fluid is in my body is warm and burning.

Please I need help/ solution.
I caused this to myself and I won’t ever advice anyone to do drugs ever!

its simple stop doing DRUGS. im broke and jobless but i hv never think about doing drugs

U just can't stop smking like dat u can change what u smk to AZ for some week b4 thinking of stoping
