and if u must retrieve the fone u can track it depending on the type.

All I say is that you guys need to examine yourself very well . When I had issues similar to this one ...I realised that my enemy is not far from.me . Infact he was household enemy . Check yourself and those within you . Check your relationship on and out ..is there anyone angry with you ?...is thee unsetled issue? I was robed 3 times that I have to run for my life ...It was later I got to find out someone was using those robbers torment me cos of envy. Your own case ...May be someone needed that your space badly ...he ir she might be doing all that to make you vacate the place ...You have options ...is either you move to another location and live the place for him or her ...or you get security that can men the place ...with cctv installed.

There is nothing wrong on having a back up USB drive you can store your vital document in a safe place at home . Some people are victim of porn today because they stored there sexual act in there phones . Blackmailer take advantage of such mistake. Phone can be stolen anytime bit your vital info should be allowed to be in unauthorised persons hand . * Secretly install CCTV cameras to monitor the area while you are away
* Meet up with the local vigilante in the area and parley with them to always be on patrol around your premesis, it wouldn't cost you much
* Be more street smart. Don't stay aloof, keep an ear to the ground and try to familiarize with people in the hood, what you might find out will shock you

Oga buy 3 PTZ cameras, install 2 outside and one inside (install 2 inside if you can afford it). Do the installation outside very early before people come out for the day.

Should not be more than 50k.. You can even monitor it through your phone.
