Nice one. If its not asking too much, can you kindly spice things up with sectional cost out-lay. If you are time poor, as one will expect you to be given the delivery date, please do well to start with cost outlay/materials needed to achieve any cost with the first floor slab (decking).

It will be nice to also dwell a bit more on challenges and skills needed to over come any challenge(s) going forward. Or are there no challenges? Is the project coming together like a dream? If yes, is that the norm for such huge and time pressured project to come together like a dream? Kindly share.

Lets break colanut by me asking: Why did it take you one month to get to decking level? funds? logistics? administration? manpower or lack of it?

Well done and keep the faith.

To cast into the early hour of the new year! Well done. Why did you not stop work half way? Any structural reason? And again, from posted pix so far, I just need to ask a quick question: how many couches did you deplore after lintel? Some folks tend to lay two couches of block after lintel but am for 2 couches on the outer walls and 3 couches on the internal walls with the decking making up the third couch on the external wall for a better head-room internally? What method did you use and what's your take? What's the thickness of the decking?

HAPPY NEW YEAR
