Great job, ytech. My assumption is that it will take about 15-17 M to finish a 4 bedroom duplex. Pls correct me if I'm wrong.

Ytechconst: @humanbeans. Its not so. Maximum time frame to complete a standard detach duplex is 4months if fund is readily available. For semi-detached duplex like this maximum 5-6months. In the case of this project we had to pause during subsidy period because of fluctuation of market price of building materials so we had to revisit the bill of quantities of the project to re-negotiate and reach an agreement before we proceed. That is the reason why we used 8months on this project.

I'm actually referring to money, and not months.

Ytechconst: This project has is completed since July 2012, but 2units similay to this is ongoing at the same omole estate phase 1, still on the substructure level because of the soil terrain, we are doing steel cased driveIn pile foundation.
