True talk, but clearly assault took place against the bolt driver without him posing a threat to the senator.
Physical assault is unacceptable any which way. If this happened in the US, that senator will be immediately arrested and charged. Aside the criminal aspect, he will be sued for heavy money.
I hope the bolt driver was smart enough to go to a gov hospital to get a medical report along with the police report he made.
