Arsharvin for Walcott was a wrong substitution in my opinion. I think Arsharvin should have been sold and should be ASAP. Ramsey is as useless and I do not see how he adds any threat or dimension to Arsenal`s game except wearing a shirt and making the numbers. Slow reaction, poor shot accuracy, no close ball control, no holding of the ball or dictating play for any period of the match. I don`t think he should be on this team and should be on loan somewhere at the least. Walcott didn`t play well today but was improving just before he was removed. I think Ox Chamberlain should have been brought on and Ramsey removed. I think Chamakh has hit a very bad form and has not been lively unlike when he just arrived. It would be a better idea to just let him go to Bordeaux and he can buy better players. Looking at City`s team they had better quality players in more position than Arsenal which was quite telling on the game but a draw would have been a fair result. More importantly, this big tummy referee was biased and made very poor calls. Clear hand ball in the 18 yards box was ignored, the offside call again Richards ignored, some fouls also ignored. |
