Dear friends pls I am having difficulties in breathing for a long time now

When ever I finish eating it becomes even more difficult even when I eat little, some times I do breath with lots of energy or deep breathing.

I do feel like one side of my nose👃 is block somehow therefore preventing me from breathing in enough air.

I have tried using inhaler, rob and some tablets.

Is there any herbal solutions?

(I dont have money for hospital)

you have either GERD or acid reflux or both of them. Whenever you finish eating, please allow the food to digest before lying down. Take enough water after eating. Also take Omeprazole before food.
I have similar symptoms too

take medication for ulcer and you will experience a sign of relief , if you don't have money for Omeprazole you can go for antacid (tablet) it will help.

At least you got some advice this side...

But on a serious note, I really think your situation needs urgent medical attention before it gets worse... Maybe you should start saving bit by bit to go and see a doctor when the money is enough.
