I'm not comfortable using complicated kitchen appliances, so an easy-to-use ice maker is definitely on my a-list. Can anyone please suggest an ice maker that has quality, price and service.

Hi, it depends on how much ice you need. I have a water dispenser that makes ice also (CWAY). I think it can handle family and guests.
