Has anyoen heard back from PWC about the British COUNCIL vacancies? Deadoline was 18th september. Never recieved an acknowledgment. I'm just dying to know!

Anyone? Also do you know what the salary, workhrs and conditions are like? surely someone here must know someone who applied to BC and or someone who works there?? Please help

Whether i work in BC is not the issue. The issue is check tomorrow's guardian for close to 30 positions that will be advertised, or check BC's website as from tomorrow, fill the competencies on the application form using the behavioural competiences dictionary which you can download from the website. With an filled application form; i am sure you will contacted. Working hours is very flexible. What you need mainly to be successful is filling the application form accurately and perfroming well at the interview.

I have seen the vacancies. The pay is rather por though: do you know if there is room for negotiaition? What about car loan, housing etc? Lastly are there any other perks that could compensate for the 'low' salary?
