Muslims make up 40-60% of southwest population. Most southwest political leaders are Muslims. Shariah is a constitutional right of Muslims. Southwest is tolerant of religion.

Your problem is that u are generalizing it but the Sharia court is actually meant for Muslims affairs, so gandollar issue is outside the jurisdiction of Sharia court or law, because he was a governor under democratic system of government and not according to Islamic system of government.
