Zelensky knew only Biden will support a war against Russia and that's why the congratulations and Russia knew only Trump can stop them from attacking and so they waited.

If Zelensky was smart enough and had good tactical plans, he would have at least chased the Russians out of Ukraine with the quality of weapons sent to him.

He needs to accept diplomacy as a solution else if US pulls out, Putin will go directly for his head and still take Ukraine as POW

If EU wanted to make it even easier, they would have accepted Ukraine into EU, at least that one doesn't need US intervention. They know what they are doing, if Ukraine was a developed country, they would have accepted them long time.

Maybe big countries in EU know that of Ukraine should ve part of EU, most of their citizens will relocate to their land (the big Countries), and they will have to pay them social benefits etc.

This is not the first time US is doing this, US soldiers were withdrawn from Afghanistan under Biden, because their presence in Afghanistan was of no benefit to US & was costing much money.
