Why not take him to court. Arrest him and charge him to court Very easy so far you get Transaction history.
Number 1 : go to lawyer to write petition to the Area police in that area. 15k to 20k.
Number 2 make arrest like 15k for fuel. Tender all the transaction history to the police officer in charge.
Number 3 tell police to charge the matter to court..

A supposed "friend" cum enemy duped me and I am so confused on what to do. As at last year, I was a well paid banker who decided to resign and pursue my personal endeavors.
Then, there was this broke ass neighbor, who was struggling to feed and have been trying to draw close to me. I just decided to accept him in and be helping him in my own little ways.
Fast forward to a month before I left my job, I was desperately in need of a business idea that can fetch me daily incomes pending when my actual plans after resignation are realized. That was when this guy gave me a business idea and he was to be my employee running the business.
I was warned by my colleagues about these kind of people but I don't know why I decided to trust him and thought I can manage him.
At the end of the day, he was not willing to account for the money from the business. Rather he was carrying girls up and down. I decided to pay off his earned salaries and call off the relationship. He couldn't even provide the sales proceeds so far. Since then, I have been telling this guy to return my business tools worth over 300k but he can't account for them. Maybe he has sold them.
But I couldn't do much because my 100k was stuck in his bank account which was yet to be upgraded. I felt if I take any decisive action against him, he will not be willing to provide his NIN and others to enable the upgrade of his account so I can withdraw my money.
Anytime, I tell him to get up let's go and do his NIN, it's usually one story or the other. Recently, I felt deep within me that it is possible this guy had gone to do this upgrade behind my back and withdraw my money. I decided to contact my colleagues to help verify and to my surprise, he has cleared the account.

I am just so frustrated right now because I don't know what to do? If I arrest him, the police won't do much rather they will open a money making machine on my head. Because there is no property or way this guy can pay me. I am considering going spiritual with him and hire bad guys to harm him. But I am just confused. Advise me please.
I lost over 600k because of this guy and one of the reasons I am struggling today after resignation is because of this guy. I regret ever knowing or helping this guy.
